I am Shiwa Chaubey, a dedicated researcher and PhD candidate at CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow, specializing in phytochemical investigations and the derivation of plant-based compounds. My academic journey has been shaped by a strong foundation in chemistry, starting with a BSc from TDPG College, Jaunpur, followed by an MSc in Polymer Chemistry from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow. After completing my master’s degree, I worked as a Project Associate at CSIR-NBRI for two years, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in advanced research techniques, project management, and collaboration. This experience motivated me to pursue a PhD and delve deeper into the exciting field of phytochemistry. I bring expertise in both theoretical and experimental chemistry, with a strong command of advanced analytical instruments like HPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, IR, and NMR, as well as proficiency in wet lab techniques. Additionally, I excel in structure stabilization and molecular modeling using tools such as ChemDraw 3D, Avogadro, and Gaussian. With a strong academic background and technical expertise, I aim to contribute meaningfully to scientific innovation and foster collaborations within the global research community.
