I love working with start-ups and have been involved in the early stage planning for a few of them across various industries. I am passionate about the education sector and would love to contribute my part towards the industry. I am an MBA graduate as part of the coveted 5 Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) Dual Degree Course at IIM Indore; consisting of a BA in Foundations of Management and an MBA in General Management. Over the last five years, I have learned a great deal from multiple disciplines like Economics, Behavioral Psychology, Research Methodology, and Statistical Modelling, among many others. I have participated in various activities offered at a college level, whether they are committee work or helping with the fests. I served as the Overall Coordinator for Atharv'20 - The Management, Cultural, and Literary Fest of IIM Indore, guiding a multi-tier team of 370+ members. I was also the Secretary of the Cultural & Social Affairs Committee of IIM Indore, responsible for conducting 25+ events for a community of 2500+ utilizing a budget of 17+ lakhs. I also work as a freelance content writer and content strategist, helping personal brands and organizations in curating meaningful content for their websites, blogs, and social media. During the lockdown, I worked on a personal project as well (BehindThePlunge), interviewing entrepreneurs and sharing their journeys with my network through my blog. I worked with Salesforce as an FLP Intern in the Sales & Distribution division. Apart from that, I have also undertaken projects and internships with various brands such as Emami, Career Launcher, and CSB to name a few. I will be joining Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Management Trainee in their Treasury | Forex Merchant Sales Division.
