During my school days, I simply loved the Philips ad series called ‘'Let's make things better'. I never got tired of watching these ads on TV, and in my mind I would rephrase the caption to – “Let's make things better And Simpler”. Fast forwarding to the present, I love (and excel) at simplifying and streamlining the most complex workflows and operations models, that can subsequently be supported by a minimal workforce. I see no glory in keeping things complex and time-consuming. Yeah, officially it’s called the Six Sigma approach - an endeavor to Make Things Better.....And Simpler. I also have a keen interest in Marketing and Digital Content. I love everything about the web, and my knack for creative arts has resulted in a wonderful alliance. It's powerful to connect with people over the things that make us human, vulnerable, imperfect. I have enjoyed many leadership positions throughout my career in operations management, product marketing, recruitment, and strategy. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
