I work on extracting data from AWS data lakes, transform it to derive insights and key performance indicators (KPIs), and load it into reporting tools like Tableau and MicroStrategy IDeAS, automated using AWS DBT-Airflow services. I specialize in understanding customer behavior and extracting actionable insights. I have worked on diverse projects such as demand forecasting, return on investment on loyalty programs, customer analytics, product analytics, fraud detection, classification modelling, and conversion funnel analytics, delivering significant business value driven by data backed product recommendations.
