About me
I'm a ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 1000+ hours of one-on-one coaching experience. I help clients gain clarity and confidence, and focus on what’s most important to them!
My journey as a coach began in Jun 2021. I have chosen to take up my coach training from the Ontological perspective which is a transformational approach of not just learning but embodying and BEING a coach.
My past experiences as an education consultant at Byjus, mentor to 11th graders at Kashmir Education Initiative and Make a difference as well as the various leadership roles at Make a Difference made me realize what I enjoyed doing the most- Being part of people's transformational journeys. I found myself empowering the youth and young professionals by being present and supporting them in whatever they wanted to do. I never really did enjoy small talk, having real and meaningful conversations always had an impact. I had found the things I wanted to do but didn't know how to do this. This led to lots of exploration. I dabbled in career consulting, CV writing and personal statement consulting, digital marketing, and content writing, all of which I enjoyed but always felt like I was missing something. This was the stage when I sought a coach in my life. It was a journey of many ups and downs to understand myself and what I wanted to do. Coaching was always part of the plan but always in the far future. But this is when I finally admitted to myself that Coaching is what I wanted to do. And when I was asked why not now? I realized there was no reason for me to not do this now! and here I'm today finally beginning this journey
