I recently had a 1:1 mentoring session with Shivani, and it turned out to be incredibly helpful. With so many different roles at Google, I was feeling lost about where to even begin. Shivani guided me step-by-step on how to shortlist the right roles, narrow it down to the top three, and showed me how to approach resume drafting effectively. More importantly, she shared several practical tips and insights — some of which I had never even heard of before — that gave me much more confidence about the process. Shivani is a fantastic mentor, extremely clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. I learned a lot, and I’m looking forward to the next session with her!
