I work at the intersection of people, product, processes, and operations. As a member of Founder's Office at Rocketium, I sit close to where decisions get made. My work spans people strategy, internal tooling, hiring systems, and the kind of organisational plumbing that rarely gets a LinkedIn post but keeps things moving. I joined as Rocketium's first people hire and have had the privilege of building a lot from zero: culture practices, hiring pipelines, recognition systems, performance frameworks, and more recently, AI-powered tools that make these workflows faster and less manual. That last part has become a meaningful thread in my work. Before Rocketium, I built Employer Branding as a function at Metamorph (a talent unit incubated by Blume Ventures), working across Blume's portfolio startups as a one-person team.
