Hello, my name is Shivani Gaur and I am working as a Lead Product Designer, Design System. I am responsible for building the design systems from scratch for PhonePe Consumer App. My last stint was with Internshala for 6.5 years where I was the Principal Product Designer. I had played a key role in building and leading the design team from the ground up. As a team leader, I was responsible for managing a team of 20 designers, reviewing their work, and providing mentorship and guidance. I had also been an integral part of the core team that has developed and implemented new ideas and features for the platform, including the Chat feature, Application Tracking system, and Learning module system. One of my proudest achievements has been building and implementing a design system from scratch, and leading the development of major features such as the Placement Guaranteed Course.
