Before the session, you will answer a few questions about your child, current eating patterns and what you would like help with. Shivangi will use this context to make the conversation specific to your family rather than spending the first half of the call gathering basic information.

During the session, you can discuss concerns such as picky eating, meal balance, vegetarian nutrition, feeding routines, lunchboxes, introducing foods and age-appropriate eating habits. You will leave with clear, practical next steps that fit your child and your family.

This session provides nutrition education and guidance from a certified child nutritionist. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from your child's pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional.
