My diverse exposure to technologies in software development, networking, site reliability, DevOps, and hardware design is a distinct feature of my career path. With over 10 years of industry experience, I have successfully managed teams involved in the operation and maintenance of telecommunications and IT/networking systems. Additionally, I have expertise in full-stack web development, networking, site reliability, and DevOps. Throughout my career, I have led projects that required collaborating with different teams to achieve deadlines, discussing requirements with service providers, mentoring new engineers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. After completing my MS in Software Engineering with a specialization in Data Science, I joined Amazon's Consumer Payments team. Here, we are working on ground-breaking initiatives to improve the customer checkout and post-checkout experience. As part of my role, I am leading projects to automate accounting by bringing visibility into the life cycle of a charge and making the system intelligent enough to proactively prevent issues from impacting customers. Besides my work, I have a passion for innovation and often embark on personal projects.
