Shivam holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University and is skilled in designing and simulating complex mechanical systems using industry-standard CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Ansys, and Catia V5. With professional experience in design engineering and a keen interest in research, Shivam has worked on corrosion prevention using advanced material characterization techniques during a summer internship. Shivam is enrolled as a full-time master's student at RWTH Aachen University in the winter semester 2025/26 for an M.Sc. in Smart Production Engineering (SPE). Shivam’s professional journey reflects a balance of technical expertise and research acumen. During a two-month internship at the Centre for Advanced Studies, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, he focused on corrosion prevention using waste natural materials and gained hands-on experience with material characterization techniques such as FESEM, XRD, UV-visible, and FTIR spectroscopy. He is also proficient with tools like electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and optical microscopy.
