Why me: I'm IIT Indore CS ('19), nationally ranked in ACM-ICPC — and on the other side of it, I mentored a summer intern through a complete project lifecycle at Media.net. I know both what it takes to build the foundation as a student, and what actually stands out when I'm the one reviewing someone junior.
