I have worked in tech for 7+ years now, starting as a full-stack developer in telecom (Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, mostly frontend), then doing an MBA at IIM Calcutta and switching to product. Across telecom, enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, and AI/LLM products, I have seen a pretty wide range of what works (and doesn't) at very different scales. Today my focus is platform PM and AI — figuring out where LLMs actually save engineering time and where they're just hype. Outside that, I build small AI side projects and help other PMs use AI in their own work without overdoing it. Book a session if you want to talk engineering-to-PM moves, B-school prep, platform/AI PM roles, or interview prep.
