Hey there, I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata, graduating during the pivotal COVID-19 phase in 2020. My professional journey began with an internship at GlobalFoundries, secured through relentless effort and networking, which later transitioned into a full-time role. Currently, I am an Analog Mixed Signal Layout Design Engineer at Micron Technology, contributing to the HBM DRAM group. With nearly four years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I have traversed the world of chip design, fabrication processes, and manufacturing. I am also advancing my academic knowledge, pursuing an M.Tech at IIT Roorkee alongside my professional commitments. Professional Experience: Analog Mixed Signal Layout Design Engineer | Micron Technology Specializing in AMS layout design for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) DRAM solutions. Integration and Yield Engineer | GlobalFoundries Focused on 14nm FINFETs technology, driving yield enhancement and electrical characterization. Expertise in electrical test data analysis, identifying and resolving critical defects to support high-volume manufacturing.
