I hold a PhD from IIM Ahmedabad in Organizational Behavior. My research interests lie in exploring the challenges that pervasive technologies present for human wellbeing in workplaces. In my courses on 'Organizational, Structure and Design' and the 'Future of Work', I teach the importance of understanding and effectively managing these challenges for the betterment of organizations and employees.
