Shirish is an Architect turned MBA candidate at IIM Raipur, with 3 years of experience at Urbanarc Designs, leading 140+ projects across residential and commercial sectors. His technical expertise includes AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp, which he used to create 1,000+ working drawings and 200+ 3D visualizations. Shirish consistently drove business growth, contributing INR 8 crore to the topline and optimizing efficiency, saving INR 1 crore in project costs. He led multidisciplinary teams, managing 25+ clients and ensuring successful project execution through effective communication and strategic planning. Alongside his architecture career, Shirish founded VOW, a design startup he scaled over 6+ years. He balanced it with both college and a full-time job—leading turnkey projects, building a cross-functional team, and driving client growth through digital outreach and strategic execution. Currently, Shirish is focusing on management consulting, sales, and marketing through his MBA, with hands-on experience in financial markets and client portfolio optimization. His leadership experience spans roles in Rotaract and other organizations, where he spearheaded long-term projects and initiatives aimed at social impact. Shirish is passionate about leveraging his diverse skill set to drive innovation and create value across industries.
