I am shipra Jha having 8.5+ years of experience in versatile field of Corporate Organziations. I am certified Integrated ICF International Trainer & Coach from Indian Leadership Academy. I am BA.LLB graduate from Nagpur Govt College and Post Graduate in Social communications Media from Sophia College Mumbai. I am associated with CSR platforms with respect to rural kids and development of women in the society from last 12 years in India and Nepal. I am currently Training Seafarers (all Rank) wrt Behavioural Safety Training and have trained approx 10000+ Globally (and Count is still on). I Have provided training to Rural kids, Corporate, Employees (All level). I believe in building confidence and effective communication and Behavioral development through Personality development.
