I am a Counselling Psychologist/Therapist and a Gender and Development Consultant. I aid my clients in non-clinical areas of their concerns and issues. I apply different therapeutic approaches along with an Eclectic Approach in my practice as it sometimes helps better as per client's requirements and limitations. As Healing is a time taking process, I believe in the power of time, efforts , courage and will power. I am goal oriented person and suggest planning on short term and long term goals for clients in order to achieve measurable goals. I am associated and working with Global Mental Heath Organizations as EAP Counsellor/Therapist & and Independent Gender and Development Consultant . My work areas include majorly around- Relationship Issues, Marital Issues, Pre Marital Counselling, Couple Counselling,Stress, Burnout, Transition in Life etc. I have also worked in drafting Project Proposals for UN Women Spotlight Initiative. I am also an Artist and spend my time in crocheting, Madhubani painting and Embroidery in my Small Handmade Business
