I have 25+ years of rich experience in the Human Resource domain with specialisation in Organisation Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, Content Development and Coaching and have worked with CEOs and Senior Business Heads. Am an MBA from FORE School of Management, Masters in English, Masters in Education from University of Delhi and am certified on Assessment Centres and Organisation Development from XLRI and ISABS, respectively, with additional specialization in psychometric tools- MBTI and FIRO-B. I have worked with brands such as Tata, HDFC, Hero and Ricoh. My last place of work was with Ricoh as Head of Learning and Organisation Development where I was responsible for Organisation Development, Talent Management, Employee Development and Training and in 2016 I chose to become a consultant in HR domain. My area of expertise includes diagnosing gaps within a system and plugging the identified gaps with the appropriate intervention whether it is individual, group or at organisational level. Well adept in Cultural Transformation, Systemic Change, Large Group Interventions, Leadership Development have ensured the desired changes, across all levels within an organisation, and supported heads of organisation in achieving organisational goals. My forte is in designing interventions specific to organisational needs and each intervention has ensured that the client achieves their organisational goals through the designed interventions which could be either technical, sales, customer services or behavioural. Further, my work has been recognized when I was the second runner up in BML Munjal Awards for Business Excellence through Learning and Development, won World HRD Congress Learning and Development Award for Best Learning Programme for Organisational and Staff Development and was invited to deliver a talk on her award-winning work in various national and international conferences.
