Shikhar is an MBA graduate from MDI Gurgaon (PGDM 23-25), with a dual specialization in Information Management and Strategy Management. He completed his summer internship at PhonePe as a Growth Strategy Manager, where he worked with the Payment Gateway team focusing on the SME segment. He contributed to initiatives aimed at increasing merchant retention and enhancing merchant experience through a data-driven decision-making approach. Prior to his MBA, Shikhar earned his Engineering degree from MSIT, GGSIPU, Delhi. He worked at Accenture as an Automation Analyst for a US-based banking client, where he played a key role in the implementation of Agile methodology. He was actively involved in Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. He has demonstrated strong proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Shikhar is also passionate about social impact and has volunteered with organizations like Rotaract, Leaders for Tomorrow, and Intellify during his college years. His interests include playing cricket and traveling to new places.
