I read a lot in my spare time. My day in a Life looks like the following: 1. Lead implementation projects, client handling 2. Build custom solutions wherever there are no out of box feature/functionality in the product 3. Gather requirements from the client, understand them and build/ map them in the system 4. Design layout for Reports/ Matrix/Dashboards 5. Support the client further after project Go Live 6. Raise for concerns to Oracle support for solution, discuss with product development team, Log enhancements etc 7. Conduct pre-sales activities 8. Create documents like solution design document, key user training manual, user acceptance test scripts etc. 9. Recommend out of box features and best practices to the client 10.Conduct demo, sessions, SITs, CRPs 11. Work with Conversion and (custom) Integration team, test, validate, create specifications, FDD 12. Hypercare and Support post Go Live I have dealt with many clients across the globe from various regions like APAC, UK, North America, GCC and remotely for KSA as well.
