Shikha completed B.tech in CSE in 2017 and worked with Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer. Also, she has worked with Acuver Consulting Pvt Ltd as an Associate Tech Consultant, post which she pursued MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam in the class of 2022. Being the Placement Coordinator at IIM V, she was actively involved in working for Campus Engagement Process. She has worked as a Product Management and Web Analytics Intern at TBO Holidays and Business Operations and Strategy Consultant for an IT Company as a part of freelancing project. Currently she is working as an Associate at Bain & Co. in Datasets and Technology CoE. She is an enthusiastic learner with a zeal of exploring new things.
