I am a certified Psychodrama Coach and Master Facilitator with over 1,500 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, working with more than 200 enterprise and individual clients.

I bring over 15 years of professional experience across established organizations including CNN IBN, The Times Group, WPSI, and Harappa. I currently serve as a Subject Matter Expert with upGrad, where I deliver masterclasses on behavioral, social, and cognitive skills—supporting professionals in stepping more fully into their potential at work.

My coaching and advisory work draws on globally accredited modalities of Psychodrama and Moral Courage. Together, these approaches help clients identify, articulate, and navigate workplace challenges—whether related to conflict, growth opportunities, leadership transitions, or recurring patterns of stuck-ness that often resolve with a shift in perspective.

Clients who work with me often reach out for quick counsel before an important presentation, a performance or review conversation, or a high-stakes client meeting. I am also a steady listening presence during phases of fatigue or burnout. Often, simply having the space to think aloud brings the clarity that leads to meaningful movement.
