I would describe her vibe to be very positive and confident as well as practical. It stays with you beyond the session. In terms of specific help, she was able to guide me through the basic steps to take along with how to tackle possible hurdles on the way. Shifa started the session with utmost warmth and affection, creating a comfortable space to open up.
