I am Shiena, an electrical engineer and business professional. I work in the data center industry as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. I have experience working as an electrical design engineer and product application engineer in the electrical utility industry. Having pivoted from an electrical engineering role in utilities to big tech, I understand the challenges involved in making this transition. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals of working in tech companies through personal coaching and career mentorship.
