About me
I am a counseling psychologist with experience in trauma, relationship concerns, self-exploration, grief and major life transitions. Currently, I work at a Hospital in the Oncology Department, providing therapeutic counseling to patients and their caregivers, helping them navigate emotional distress with strength and resilience.
With one year of supervised therapy experience, I have worked extensively with both adult and child populations across private and government settings, accumulating over 300 hours of client sessions. My approach is flexible, humanistic, and non-judgmental, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs.
I integrate active listening, inner child work, existential exploration, and solution-focused strategies to help individuals gain deeper self-awareness, improve emotional well-being, and build confidence. I also focus on relationship and interpersonal challenges, helping clients develop healthier connections and communication patterns.
Additionally, I have received training in clinical research, neuropsychology, psycho-oncology, art and drama therapy, and trauma-informed care, allowing me to blend scientific insight with compassionate practice.
Whether working with individuals facing trauma, identity struggles, stress, or personal growth challenges, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where self-discovery and transformation can thrive. Therapy, for me, is a collaborative journey—one where the client leads, and I walk beside them, offering guidance and reflection.
