👩‍💻I am a people person at heart driven by doing positive impact in people’s lives. I found a passion in working with people, building awesome products & how technology can be put into good use to make our everyday easier. 🌍Recently relocated to Madrid, I am on the lookout for a new opportunity to join a startup in an impactful product role to expand my skillset, grow the company's vision and make a positive impact on the users. 📈With 11 years of experience in startups, 7 of which in product (5 in B2C, 2 in B2B SaaS), I have a track record of digitally transforming products, creating & restructuring product visions, building product functions from scratch (including, ops, hiring and scaling), upscaling 11+ PMs and working as cross-functionally as it requires to get work done. 🎯My main passion is geared towards B2C products and B2B marketplaces & aggregators. I have worked mostly in marketplaces but I am equally eager to explore other domains, like Edtech, Ride-Hailing, Analytics and products with strong mission & impact. 😍If I can pin the 3 things I love doing most, they would be working with people, data analysis (qualitative & quantitative), and finding patterns & order through chaos. The 3 things I hate doing: inefficient meetings/conversations, working in bureaucratic structures, and working in super techie products that are not user-facing/centric. 👩‍🎓I come from a non-tech educational background but I love to learn & don’t fear asking for help, so I made my way through the engineering world supported by the exceptional engineering teams I have worked with and through self-learning. 🚀My long-term career vision is helping startups & product teams scale their product & strategy arms whether through consultancy or mentorship or however the road takes me to do it best. And yes eventually retiring by the sea 🌅 🥰Apart from work, I find joy through learning & exploring, psychology, human behavior, neuroscience, traveling, volunteering, yoga, mentoring, meeting new people and organizing chaos.
