About me

I am a learning facilitator and my subject is Executive Presence – Communication skills, appearance, confidence, body language, personal brand – skills that can help people create more impact in their professional and personal lives. I have created learning interventions for people is mid and senior management helping them with strategies that can help them create a more influential and impactful presence. I have worked with leading brands and trained more than 10000 people across HDFC Bank, IDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Cognizant, Asian Paints, HDFC Life, Axis Bank etc. I also work in gender diversity and nearly 30% of my training and speaker work in in the space of DEI. These are largely all women workshops at corporates that focus on assertive communication skills, looking well put together, confidence, time management etc. I also create content around Executive Presence under the brand – She Means Business. I have close to 20k followers on LinkedIn, 15k on YouTube and 5,5 k each on Facebook and Instagram. .
