I'm a software engineer at heart, and have built and run teams from scratch to achieve high impact goals. I love working in a fast-paced startups or mid-size company. I've run my three person consulting sole proprietorship for several years and worked with clients across the globe. Built some part-time SaaS products too, but most of them failed. Still building, though! My skills are all round with experience in building products from scratch, scaling/building distributed systems, big data systems, etc. I'm super curious for understanding things at depth, and love solving any kind of problem. I've spent a lot of time screening resumes, mentoring people and leading teams. The goal has always been to help them grow in their careers while achieving high impact results for the company and team. In free time, I do long distance cycling/running, hiking, travel, read books - while listening to some good podcasts :) Topmate is a way for me to do this formally, however I've always been trying to help people elevate their careers.
