I'm Sheeja p John, a Bangalore-based healer and counselor. Since 2016, I've explored energy work, initially learning counseling for self-improvement. This led me to healing practices focused on chakras and harnessing energy. I facilitate connection between mind, body, and soul, integrating tools like CBT, NLP, affirmations, visualizations, mindfulness practices and meditations, as well as Kundalini and Quantum Reiki.
