As the Chief of Staff on the 200+ person Integrity Team, helped the team improve our quality of operations (Road mapping, reporting, collaboration, team culture and in-focus business problems) and consulted with leaders on the future scope and priorities for the team. > In the search of a company where I could aggregate my knowledge and help them grow, I joined a sustainability focused company as the Lead TPM to build processes across the company. Now, as the Director of Technology, I am partnering with the CEO to support the company's Technology strategy and organization (of 70+ people) spanning Product Design & Management, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and IT & Security. > Beyond work, I love to sing, play the ukulele, cook, play games (PC, PS5) and engage in intense philosophical or intellectually stimulating absurdist and real-world concepts.
