I am currently the head of engineering at Chingari, a web3 social media company. Before this, I was the CTO and co-founder of FollowClass, an education technology company. I have also held software engineering roles at companies such as Amazon and PayPal. In my current role at Chingari, I am responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing the development of our web3 platform. I have also hired for over 500+ roles across different companies, giving me a deep understanding of the hiring process and what it takes to build a successful engineering team. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I also offer 1-1 mentorship sessions to aspiring engineers.
