About me

I am postgraduate in Sociology from University of Allahabad and a UGC NET qualifier, I explore the complexities of human society, culture, and emerging social trends. With a solid academic foundation and hands-on research experience. My academic interests lies in Environmental Sociology, Sociology of Sanitation, Sociology of work& labour, and Sociology of Disability. Currently working on Access to Inclusive education and Affirmative Action for Disabled in Rural Uttar Pradesh. I aim to bridge theoretical frameworks with real-world applications through interdisciplinary and field-based research. Beyond academia, I actively write blogs that analyse diverse societal issues from everyday cultural practices to contemporary challenges bringing sociological perspectives into public discourse. These writings reflect my commitment to making sociological knowledge accessible and relevant. Previously, I worked as a Senior Merchandiser at Treasured Carpet Collections, where I developed practical skills in client management, creative problem-solving, and organizational efficiency skills that continue to inform my sociological perspective. I am passionate about contributing to academic research, public policy, and initiatives that drive social understanding and community impact. I look forward to collaborative opportunities in research, teaching, and social development projects that foster inclusive and sustainable change.
