Born in Kanpur, and having lived in over 10+ cities, I love to travel extensively. My love for bollywood music, propelled the desire to learn how to play the guitar and sing. As something I plan to do for 70,000+ hours in my life, work forms a very important part. I started my professional journey with a B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra. I took this opportunity, not only to master technical skills, but also to build a car from scratch for a national level competiton - the Mahindra Baja. That was a dream come true. I then joined Eicher trucks and buses to further my journey in the automobile sector. I worked extensively on commercial side - as a Deputy Manager in strategic sourcing. I not only ended up saving 2x of the targeted cost reduction, but even discovered my desire to learn business and administration. This took me on to the next step on my journey, to join the Master’s in business administration program at XLRI Jamshedpur. I maximized my knowledge in business administration, and also learnt the art of leadership and networking as head of the HR committee. My professional journey only took a turn for the better as I landed an offer with Bain & Company in General Consulting. Since then I have built a strong core in corporate strategy, strategy consulting and business development across sectors and domains. I possess extensive knowledge of renewables, automotive, pharma sectors and industry at large. As a Consultant, I have supported the biggest players in India build strategies to expand their revenues, go-to-market, accelerate sales, transform their human resources and supply chain. I have led teams of 1-2 members.
