As a recent PGDM - General graduate from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, and a B. Tech in Metallurgy from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, I have gained experience in management and project planning through my internships and previous roles. During my training at myXP.ai, I was involved in several Agile projects that helped improve the company's business processes and strategy, leading to a 3.6% increase in sales conversion rate. I also have experience as a Project Trainee at Akshaya Patra Foundation, Bhilai where I worked on the HIRA project and successfully executed a food distribution drive during the COVID crisis. Along with my academic achievements, I am pursuing several certifications to improve my skills further. I have shown strong leadership and organizational skills as a Head Co-ordinator and Graphic Designer at SportsCom, TAPMI, and Overall Head Co-Ordinator, at Games League- CAF Battalion. With my well-rounded skill set and experience, I am eager to take on challenging roles that allow me to learn and grow.
