With over 17 years of international experience & expertise in FinTech, Neobanking, Pre-Paid Program Management, Payments, Financial Inclusion, Insurance & Micro-Pensions domains, spread across esteemed organizations like World Bank, AMUL prepaid Program, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Access To Finance (Rwanda), MINECOFIN (Government of Rwanda), Mobile Telecommunication Of Iran, National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD, India), Bank of India, State Bank Of India, National Skill Development Council (NSDC, India).Shashi was also associated with esteemed organizations like American Express, Max Life & Prudential Plc during his initial working years. For the last 10 years, Shashi has been working with start-ups, providing Innovation strategies in the FinTech space & has been instrumental in setting up various national level payment platforms & wallet prepaid programs. Shashi has a rich grass-root level experience in working with various intermediaries, associations, NGOs & payment aggregators in setting up technological &distribution strategies across India, Middle East & East-Africa region. He is also a Founder & Director of Zrupee (a startup in Digital Payments) based out of Mumbai, India.
