Hi, I'm Shashank, a Senior Product Manager based in Bengaluru. I spent six years at Draup, a B2B enterprise SaaS platform serving Fortune 500 clients, building products in agentic AI, talent intelligence, and data infrastructure. Over that time I earned four promotions, growing from my first PM role into senior product leadership. My path into product wasn't a straight line. I studied Chemical Engineering at Jadavpur University and moved into product management, so I know what it takes to break into PM from a non-traditional background and build credibility along the way. I approach product with a customer-first mindset, and I'm comfortable working across technical teams while keeping decisions tied to business outcomes. I can help you with: Breaking into product management from engineering or other non-PM roles, growing from PM to Senior PM, building B2B SaaS and enterprise products, working on AI and data-driven products, and preparing for PM interviews and career moves. Let's talk about where you are and where you want to go next.
