BEFORE THE CALL

The moment you book, you get a link to my intake form. It takes about four minutes and asks for your resume, one job posting you would genuinely want, and a short outline of where you are.

Fill it out at least 24 hours before we meet. I read all of it beforehand,

so the call starts at the real question instead of at "tell me about yourself". That preparation is most of what you are paying for.
