GTM Review Room

Two weeks GTM Review Room is a structured commercial diagnostic that helps founders evaluate their go-to-market with depth, context, and evidence.

While the GTM Walk Through is a free 30-minute conversation that provides a high-level perspective and identifies where to focus, GTM Review Room goes much deeper. It is a custom engagement conducted over 1 to 2 weeks, built around your specific product, market, customers, industry, and stage of growth. The objective is not to create another GTM strategy, but to understand what your current commercial signals are telling you, validate assumptions, and identify the decisions that will create the greatest business impact.

What we examine

Every engagement is tailored to your startup's context and may include an assessment of:

  • Market opportunity and ICP definition
  • Customer problems, urgency, and buying behaviour
  • Product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
  • Customer validation and commercial evidence
  • Acquisition channels, sales motion, and conversion performance
  • Pricing and commercialization approach
  • GTM assumptions, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Founder dependency, repeatability, and readiness to scale

The goal is to separate real commercial signals from activity that merely looks like progress, so you know where to invest your time, effort, and resources.

Who it's for

Suitable for founders across the startup journey, including:

  • Idea-stage founders shaping what to build and who to build for
  • MVP-stage startups validating product-market fit and early customer feedback
  • Startups running pilots or early commercial engagements
  • Companies with initial revenue looking to improve conversions and GTM execution
  • Teams preparing to scale with greater confidence

The earlier GTM questions are answered, the better the product, messaging, and commercialization decisions become.

How the engagement works

The engagement begins with an onboarding session booked through Topmate and is completed over 1 to 2 weeks. It combines scheduled working sessions over Google Meet, shorter discussions over phone calls whenever needed, and continuous collaboration through WhatsApp for quick questions, clarifications, document sharing, and feedback.

During the engagement, we'll review your product, market, customers, positioning, commercial approach, and available evidence. Findings are continuously refined against your specific business context, allowing recommendations to evolve as new insights emerge. The process is collaborative and iterative, rather than a one-time consulting session, ensuring the final recommendations are grounded in the realities of your business.

What you'll walk away with

By the end of the engagement, you'll receive:

  • A comprehensive GTM Review Report
  • A GTM Signal Map highlighting strengths, gaps, and commercial risks
  • Prioritized recommendations based on business impact
  • A practical 90-day GTM roadmap tailored to your startup
  • A repeatable decision framework you can continue using as your GTM evolves

The outcome is not another strategy document. It is greater clarity, stronger commercial judgment, and a focused plan for what to do next, based on evidence rather than assumptions.
