I’m Shashank - a Machine Learning engineer, EB-1A recipient, and architect of large-scale, production ML systems. I work with a small number of serious candidates on high-fidelity ML mock interviews and EB-1A profile building. This is focused, outcome-driven work. For mock interviews, I work primarily with L4, L5 and L6 level ML engineers preparing for loops at top tech companies. Sessions are role- and company-calibrated and designed to mirror real interviews. We cover ML system design, applied ML problem-solving, recommendation systems, NLP/LLMs where relevant, and behavioral rounds from a senior IC perspective. You’ll get direct feedback on your thinking, communication, and decision-making - no fluff, no vague encouragement. The goal is clarity on exactly what would cause you to pass or fail. I also offer selective EB-1A profile consulting for experienced ML practitioners. As an EB-1A recipient myself, I help candidates shape a credible, defensible extraordinary-ability narrative aligned with how USCIS actually evaluates cases. The focus is on technical impact, publications, reviews, authorship, professional influence, and identifying gaps early so you can build real signal over time.
