I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have previously worked as Software Engineer II in the Expert Product Services team at Amadeus(Bengaluru) and have 35 months of work experience. Being an expert in pre-travel engagement products, I have developed dashboard(s), scripted and tested chatbot conversations, managed escalations and acted as an intermediary to resolve product issues faced by prestigious national carriers and key clients of the organisation. I am a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunications) graduate from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune. While maintaining consistent and improving academic records, I have held a position in the core management committee for a technical festival at college. I have spearheaded one of the flagship events at the festival. As described by teammates at my former organisation, I am empathetic, always keen on learning, unlearning and relearning, and curious about researching and improving knowledge consistently. I like reading legal articles, cooking Indian food and reading non-fiction books.
