Sharpen your product thinking through live 1:1 problem-solving sessions.

Bring in your real-world problem statements—anything from ambiguous prompts to open-ended user pain points—and we’ll work together to unpack them like a seasoned PM would.

Leverage my experience leading zero-to-one product bets (like scaling AgroStar to 1M+ MAUs) and high-stakes launches (like the Swiggy HDFC Credit Card) to level up how you think about product problems. This is a live, collaborative session where I’ll help you go from fuzzy to focused.

We’ll likely do a short 10-min WhatsApp call beforehand to quickly align, so that the full 1h session is laser-focused and productive. Or add description about the problem statement here beforehand.

Here’s what we’ll do in this session:

We’ll break down your problem statement and dig into:

  • User-first thinking — understanding the real user pain, motivations & context
  • Problem scoping & framing — turning vague prompts into clear problem statements
  • PM-style exploration — how to brainstorm solutions that are viable, valuable & feasible
  • Depth & clarity in approach — identifying trade-offs, edge cases & real-world constraints

Who it’s for:

Early-stage PMs preparing for interviews, solving case studies, or tackling real problems at work. Also useful for analysts, designers or founders looking to sharpen product sense or approach problems like a PM.

Optional NDA service:

You can co-sign a digital NDA with me before we begin—completely free of charge.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A structured, clearer articulation of your problem statement
  • Frameworks and mental models to approach future problems
  • Notes and discussion highlights summarised (if requested)
  • Optional discounted follow-up sessions to go deeper or validate solutions

Reasons why this service is the most expensive:

  1. This requires prep beforehand from my end too; so actual time commitment from me is higher
  2. This requires us both to be 100% engaged & committed to working on the problem statement during & after the session too, sometimes it even takes multiple sessions (which we may jointly decide during the call)
