1.Can we request for a different slot?

After completing the payment, feel free to email us at [email protected] or send us a direct message on our Instagram page (@virtuallybysh) with the screenshot and request for a new slot.

2.Will a refund be issued?

No refund will be issued since the product/service is delivered digitally.

3.Can we reschedule the call?

Once the call is scheduled, you're allowed to reschedule once before the call.Any additional rescheduling will cost Rs.500. If your calls are unattended, you will lose the access and rescheduling is not available for such cases.
