I'm Shardul Nayak. AI Strategy Consultant and AI PM Educator working at the intersection of product, business, and AI. On the consulting side, I work with product leaders, founders, and enterprise teams to move from AI hype to measurable business impact, through AI roadmaps, opportunity assessments, and executive workshops. On the education side, I help aspiring PMs, career switchers, and junior PMs break into AI Product Management through cohort programs, masterclasses, and frameworks built from real consulting work.
