About me
Hiya, I'm Sharad. I left a well-paying engineering job in India, moved to France with no connections, and started from zero.
I applied to bschools across Germany, Spain, the UK, and France. Got into most of them and picked emlyon, mostly because I fell in love with Lyon as a city.
For internships, I landed offers in Paris, Marseille, Monaco, and Luxembourg, and went with Amazon, where I'm currently working.
I learned a lot of things the hard way that I wish someone had walked me through when I was starting out: how to write applications that actually get you in, how to find internships when you don't have a European network, how French immigration actually works, and how to keep it together while doing all of it at once.
