I am a board member at multiple dynamic and diverse organizations: NSDL payments Bank , a pioneer in Payments and also can be attributed to be very secure in todays environment,TMI Network, a leading 30 + years HR services company founded by IIT/ IIM Alumnus , Agarsha Senior Care, a home healthcare provider for the elderly.I am a nominee director of Lumis Partners and the Ghodawat Consumer Ltd , focussed on FMCG products . I hold an MBA and an MA in Economics from the University of Mumbai, and have over 30 years of experience in the banking, financial services sector . My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, people management, and transformational leadership. I have successfully set up and led various functions at RBL Bank, ICICI Bank, AMEX, and Grindlays, where I delivered innovative and customer-centric solutions, increased operational efficiency, and fostered a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am passionate about creating social impact and empowering marginalized and underrepresented communities, such as transpeople and specially-abled individuals. I have established the first Transcafe in Lokhandwala to cater to their needs and aspirations, and have received the International Women Leadership Forum award for Women in Banking. I am also a strong advocate for women in the workforce, and strive to mentor and inspire the next generation of leaders.
