I am Shankar, a seasoned Food Consultant with over 23 years of experience in the food industry, dedicated to transforming business losses into profitable ventures.
As a third-generation food entrepreneur, I founded Shankar Food Consultant in 2018 and since then, I have successfully guided over 900 clients through one-on-one consulting sessions.
This year alone, I’ve worked with more than 300 clients and created 7 food brands,
further establishing my expertise in the field. My journey began in my family’s food business from 2001 to 2019, where I gained invaluable insights and faced significant challenges, including a loss of 1.5 crores from 2010 to 2017 across 15 outlets.
These experiences taught me critical lessons about resilience and strategic planning, which I now share with my clients to help them navigate their own paths to success.
