Shamil is currently working as Engagement Manager with Auctus Advisors, a pre-eminent India bred management consulting firm. Prior to Auctus, Shamil worked with Monitor Deloitte for 6 years. His functional expertise includes customer strategy, growth strategy, due diligence, M&A, Post-merger integration, process redesign and optimization, performance improvement and transformation management, with client experience across US, UK, India and Japan markets. Prior to MBA, Shamil worked with ISRO (AIR 1) for close to 3 years, designing, strategizing and program-managing India’s largest space launch vehicle GSLV MkIII. He also holds a B. Tech (NIT Calicut – Rank 2) and MBA (IIM Bangalore – Top 10%) from India’s top-notch academic institutions, including one term in Solvay Brussels Business School, Belgium.
