Behavioral interviews are not meant to be winged. Interviewers use them to predict your future behavior by digging into what you actually did in past situations, not how good you are at speaking vaguely. Showing up without prepared stories often leads to rambling, generic answers and missed chances to showcase your strengths.
This session is for students and professionals who want to build a solid set of 5–7 stories that demonstrate key qualities (ownership, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, learning from failure) and learn how to adapt them to different questions using the STAR method. You will practice answering realistic behavioral questions and get feedback on both content and delivery, so you sound structured, confident, and authentic.
