Hi, I'm Shalini, and I'm passionate about making an impact. Over the years I have realized it gives me a sense of happiness and a purpose to live. The closest job I find where I can deliver impact at scale, and something I enjoy is - building products. And, so in a way I’m passionate about building products. On the professional side, I have ~8+ years of years of building and delivering products at scale. I have also spent considerable time going from zero to one. Most of the things I do, I have learned from experience and I have had great mentors who guided me. Currently, I'm leading a product team working on Search, particularly relevance.
